An atomic swap is not instant by design. Each side has to publish a transaction and wait for the other chain to confirm it, so the time it takes is set mostly by the block spacing of the two chains involved rather than by anything either party does.
The swap stopped at MakerPaymentTransactionFailed. The maker's payment was never made.
the transaction was rejected by network rules. failed to validate tx: transaction::Hash("private"), error: transaction did not pass consensus validation: failed to verify ZIP-317 transaction rules, transaction was not inserted to mempool: Unpaid actions is higher than the limit
Recorded by the swap's own protocol log, which is the only source that knows: the aggregator reports failed and completed swaps identically. Nothing changed hands, so it sets no reference price.
Only completed swaps are checked against a chain, because the check asks whether the agreed trade actually settled. This one did not complete, so there is nothing of that kind to confirm.
